The Watertown Economic Development Authority (EDA) has created an economic development tool kit that includes tax increment financing, tax abatement, sponsored industrial bonds, assessments, land swaps and utility access charge abatement. These tools, used individually or in combinations, will aid commercial and industrial businesses which are interested in making the City of Watertown their home base.
